Section 93
Disposition versions
93. This Chapter does not apply to final disposal sites of radioactive materials referred to in paragraph 1 of section 31. The operator of such a site shall, however, hold an authorization carrying on an activity referred to in the first paragraph of section 70.9 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).
This Chapter also does not apply to the final disposal sites closed before 1 December 1997.
Sections 95 and 96 do not apply to final disposal sites in operation on 1 December 1997.
93. This Chapter does not apply to final disposal sites of radioactive materials referred to in paragraph 1 of section 31. The operator of such a site shall, however, hold the permit referred to in section 70.9 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).
This Chapter also does not apply to the final disposal sites referred to in section 144 of this Regulation.
